We have created a very useful map, with information to help guide where you may want to stay, eat or drink.

Additional Information:

• Some hotels say "designed for adults" but you can book with 1 child. More than 1 child you have to book an additional room (but can ask for them to be joined)
• We stayed at the Poseidon Hotel, which has a nice pool and a bit of evening entertainment
• Both Poseidon and Doblemar hotels have "all you can eat" breakfast and dinner services, which are nice
• There are also LOADS of apartments / villas on Booking.com or Airbnb

Taxi
There is a taxi service that runs 24 hours, called "La Manga Rent a Car", they also do Airport Transfers.

Bus Services
Once in, or near to La Manga, there is a bus service that goes all the way from the top of La Manga all the way to Cartagena.
You can view the route on the above map and may wish to stay somewhere along that route rather in La Manga. If so, the bus is air conditioned and reliable.
There is also an app called "Moovit: Bus and Rail" which gives live updates etc.

Flights

There are a number of options available, with Murcia being the closest airport (40 minute drive), followed by Alicante (1 hr 20 minute drive):-

• Bournemouth to Alicante (Jet2)
• Bournemouth to Alicante (RyanAir)
• Bournemouth to Murcia (RyanAir)
• London to Alicante (Various Airlines)
• London to Murcia (Various Airlines)

Or you may be able to get a package holiday with flights, accommodation and transfers from a Travel Agent.
